Why parents choose Sun City
Sun City Taekwondo is a family martial arts school on Pebble Hills Blvd in East El Paso, Texas, teaching taekwondo to kids, teens and adults from age 4. We stand out from other martial arts schools in the area because our classes are fun and high-energy without losing the focus on building great technique. The vision of the dojang is taekwondo as a whole martial art: character development through respect, physical fitness, sport competition and self-defense.
Our low student-to-instructor ratio and the experience of our instructors mean we do more than teach taekwondo. We partner with parents to bring out the very best in each student, on the mat and off it.
What your child takes home
01
Mastering techniques and progressing through the ranks builds a sense of accomplishment that stays with students long after they leave the mat.
02
Respect for instructors, classmates and themselves. It is central to everything we teach.
03
Students learn the value of persistence and hard work as they improve their skills and earn their next belt.
04
Sharper focus and self-discipline that carry over into school, home and everyday life.
What parents say
“We love it here! The instructors are very welcoming and patient. They always greet my 4 year-old son with his name and a big smile the moment he walks in the door.”
“My middle is on the spectrum and is thriving here. The instructors are very patient with the little ones and always have multiple staff working with the kids during a session. They teach the kids taekwondo but also manners and respect, very glad we chose to come here.”
“My son has really benefited from attending taekwondo here in so many ways and for that reason I would highly recommend this studio. If I had to give any type of feedback it would be to make the studio bigger.”
